Many builders have struggled to meet these strengthened requirements but Omnia Homes has not only met them, we have exceeded them.

After a comprehensive and rigorous review of our financials, operating practices and build quality, the VMIA elected to increase our insurance coverage by 60%. This decision is a strong endorsement of our financial strength, responsible management and proven track record of delivering quality homes. At a time when many builders are contracting or exiting the market, Omnia Homes continues to grow with confidence, giving our clients the assurance that their home is being built by a company that is trusted at the highest levels and built to stand the test of time.
