Step 1
Meeting with Omnia

 

Whether you have seen one of our homes under construction, perhaps been referred by a friend or just noticed one of our House and Land Packages, you are now at the meeting. This is the time were our consultant will discuss your requirements, try to get a good understanding of your needs and direct you in the best way moving forward. It’s time to get some great value from Omnia Homes.

Step 2
Working out the Costs

 

As you and your consultant work through what product or design will best meet your personal needs, costs will start to be discussed and a preliminary estimate for the home will be prepared. This will be a fixed price estimate and will be detailed with all our inclusions packs and your specific requirements. All Site Costs, developer’s requirements, structural requirements and design options will be included in this price. The only thing left to do is book in your colour and electrical appointment.

Step 3
Colour & Electrical Selections:

 

The fun part, this is where we finalise your True Fixed Price Quote. Its now that you meet with our interior designers to go through making your selections on the finer details. Choosing your fixtures and fittings, colours and upgrades. With this information we are now ready to present your final price and you will receive your True Fixed Price Quote.

Now the decision is up to you. Once you sign we will proceed and prepare your contracts. At this point it’s the first time we will ask you for any money. On signing your quotation, you will pay a small initial deposit which will cover the expenses of preparing your contracts.

Step 4
Contract Signing

 

Within 2 weeks we will have your contracts ready to sign. This will include a set of plans for your new home, your true fixed price quotation and all your colour and electrical selections. Once your contract is signed we will now be ready for the building process.

Step 5
Let’s start building

 

Once your land is titled we will obtain your building permit with 21 days and start building within 21 days of getting your permit. You will receive a commencement notice which will clearly state the day we started, the build duration and your completion date. Now you can enjoy watching your new Omnia Home being built.

During the build you will be kept updated regularly on the progress. You will also be offered regular site visits to watch the transformation of your new home.

Step 6
Moving In & Living

 

As we come to the completion of your home, and we are finalising the detailed handover, an inspection will be carried out with your building supervisor allowing you to sign off on your new home. Now we are ready to handover the keys to you and all that’s left is for you is to move in and start enjoying your future.
