Here you will personally meet one of the New Home Consultants and based on your requirements a preliminary estimate will be prepared during the meeting.
Then we will discuss the steps towards moving forward in detail and what everyone needs to done.
Once a customer is happy to proceed to secure their Site Start, Pricing and any Promotions we have an initial deposit of $2,000.00 which will be payable. The Initial deposit forms part of the Contract Signing Deposit and comes off the Final Price of the home.

And Yes, we understand that people lead busy lives so we offer appointments on Weekends and After Hours during the week.
We allow 7 Months in our Build Contracts for Single Storey Homes and 10 Months in our Building Contracts for Double Storey Homes. But an average we proud to say that we are completing Single Storey Homes in approximately 5 & ½ months and Double Storey Homes in just under 7 months.
From as little as 2 to 6 weeks, depending on how quickly they are needed and our customers availability. On average though 4 weeks is common.
Assuming the land is titled and ready, we will get all the Building Permits needed within 6 – 8 weeks, and be out onsite within 2 – 3 weeks of obtaining the permit. In most cases we can hit the ground running quicker.
From your initial meeting with our New Home Consultants to then working with Our Customer Service Consultant and your Building Supervisor we make sure that everyone at Omnia Homes is part of your new home.
